Dr. Hosford comes from generations of native Atlantans. His grandfather owned a chicken hatchery next to the old Rich’s (Macy’s) in downtown Atlanta and shipped out millions of baby chicks every month! Dr. Hosford graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology and a minor in Engineering. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Emory University School of Dentistry and continued after graduation as a clinical instructor in the operative department of the dental school. He is a career-long member of both the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association.
